Bonviva Injection (3mg/3ml)

Description

Bonviva Injection is a 3 ml solution containing 3 mg of ibandronic acid (as sodium monohydrate), resulting in a concentration of 1 mg/ml. It is primarily used for treating osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at increased risk of fractures.

Indications and Usage Bonviva Injection is specifically indicated for:

• Treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at increased risk of fracture.

Clinical studies have demonstrated a reduction in the risk of vertebral fractures with Bonviva, although its efficacy on femoral neck fractures has not been established.
